Take notice that the Annual General Meeting of the Russell Curling Club, 1076 Concession Street, Russell, Ontario, will be held on Tuesday, September 24, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:

• To approve the financial statements of the Club;
• To elect Directors and Officers;
• To receive reports of Officers and Directors;
• To revisit the Lifetime Membership Certificate;
• To advise on Property Issues; and
• For such other purposes as the Board shall advise.
