Take notice that the Annual Meeting of the Members of the Russell Curling Club, 1076 Concession Street, Russell, Ontario, will be held on Tuesday, September 15th, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:

• Approval of minutes of previous Members Meetings;
• Consideration of the financial statements;
• Appointment of the accounting firm for 2026-2027;
• Resolution to increase number of directors, update bylaws 2.01 -Directors, 5.03 - Officers, and 2.04 - Committees;
• Presentation of Awards;
• Election of Directors-at-Large; and
• Election of Officers
