As our club continues to grow, we recognize the need to establish and improve procedures. With 450+ members registered last season, some of our popular fixed leagues were full, which is why we will be implementing the following for the upcoming season:

Fixed league teams (i.e. Wednesday and Thursday evenings) will be guaranteed a spot in their current league if they are considered a returning team.

Returning teams are defined as:

• full team returning
• the skip plus at least one player (from the same team)
• three players without the skip (from the same team)

If your team does not satisfy one of the above criteria, there are no guarantees that your team will have a place in the respective fixed leagues.

Once the returning teams have been allocated their spot, the allocation of any open spots in the respective fixed leagues will go to non-returning teams ranked by following the criteria in descending order:

• 4 members from the respective fixed league, from different teams.
• 3 members from the respective fixed league, from different teams, plus 1 RCC member from another league.
• 2 members from the respective fixed league, from different teams, plus 2 RCC members from other leagues.
• A team of 4 RCC members from other leagues.
• 3 members from the respective fixed league, from different teams, plus 1 new RCC member.
• 2 members from the respective fixed league, from different teams, plus 2 new RCC members.
• 1 member from the respective fixed league, plus 3 new RCC members.
• A team of 4 new RCC members
